Journalling With Jesus - The Empty Aeroplane

Thank You, Jesus, for your unfailing love which lasts forever.

Thank You, Jesus, that you are the Prince of Peace.

Thank You, Jesus, that you are the one that calms every single storm.

Thank You, Jesus, for being with me every time I have been in the fire.

Thank You, Jesus, for carrying me through all my life experiences before I knew you.

Thank You, Jesus, for never leaving me nor forsaking me.

Thank You, Jesus, for surrendering your life on that cross to save my life.

Thank You, Jesus, for being the atoning sacrifice for all my sins.

Thank You, Jesus, that your Word tells me that I am the apple of your eye.

Thank You, Jesus, for making me so fearfully and wonderfully made.

Thank You, Jesus, for giving me the eyes to see and ears to hear.

Thank You, Jesus, for coming down from heaven, mounted on a mighty angelic being, to rescue me from all my enemies.

Thank You, Jesus, for trusting me to steward your ministry Become Born-Again.

Thank You, Jesus, for trusting me to speak out your words and messages.

Thank You, Jesus, for your ministry Become Born-Again, this truly miraculous ministry.

Thank You, Jesus, for calling each and every one of us into a more deeper, a more personal and a more intimate relationship with you.

Thank You, Jesus, for once again taking me away somewhere, by your Spirit.

The Open Vision

Jesus, I am with you now at an airport. It is just me and you.

It is me when I was eight years old. There is no-one else at the airport. It is time for us to board our flight. I don't know where we are flying to but I do know that you will be with me every single moment of this flight.

We get on our plane and we are the only passengers.

There is no crew. There is no pilot.

We take our seats - you let me have the window seat!

I ask you Jesus “How are we going to set off and fly in the sky, for there is no pilot, no crew - there is no-one else on the plane?” and you begin to speak to me Jesus…

My beloved son Paul, I created all things, I sustain all things.

What is impossible with man is possible with me.

My beloved son Paul, close your eyes and be prepared to come and fly with me across the earth. Keep your eyes closed and trust in me. Have your faith in me and me alone. I have said that we will fly in the sky together, and that is my promise.

Hear the sound of the engines starting up. SUDDENLY, my beloved son Paul, we are now up in the sky flying. Open your eyes and look out of the window. Look at a mere glimpse of my creation. Look at what I have created. Look at the clouds. Look at the beauty of my creation. Feel the gentle rumbling of the aeroplane as it is flying through the sky, sustained by me.

My beloved son Paul, I have brought you high up above the clouds on this plane with no one else on, as a way of showing you and your brothers and sisters that I desire to bring each and every one of you higher and higher and higher above the things of the world. Intimacy with me. One-to-one intimacy. No distractions. No other people. Nothing of the world, just me and you.

My beloved son Paul, tell your brothers and sisters that I desire for them to fly high like wings of an eagle. I desire for all my children to focus on the things of heaven, not the things of earth. I desire for all my children to comprehend and accept that everything that takes place in their life, every day, every moment, every second, was written in my book. Every single second was laid out before a single day had passed.

I am Sovereign. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Enjoy the stillness.

Enjoy the intimacy.

Enjoy being in this place of peace and intimacy, more and more and more each day.
